Steers burgers are the best👌 . This outlet is ideal for takeaways, as the sitting area is not very spacious. The service is great. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

The food is on point but it can get very busy towards lunchtime and early afternoon during the week and on Saturday, Sundays can be quite laid back. The Cashiers and Servers are very friendly and courteous. The restrooms were kept spotless clean though they're a bit small and feel cramped and enclosed. The service is far too slow - waited 20 minutes for a burger and a shake. Also the furniture does need an upgrade, it's not exactly inviting to sit and eat here. But the burgers and the meat is good - fries could improve though.

Of course Steers does stick to its brand. The fast food is well prepared. The stuff are okay, not so friendly but okay generally. There's a good feeling when they give you your food whether it's eat in or takeaway. Takeaway bags are really nice. They can do better on the space, it's a bit cramped. The food is very good, however I was disappointed with the service. I ordered ¼ chicken leg portion take away without chips however they packed wing portion😩. Due to the packaging I couldn't see properly wh portion they hv served, only to notice when l got home. I hate steak and I'm currently having specific cravings 😩 you can imagine the disappointment 😔. I suggest that they follow orders as well as package in a way that will make it easy for 1 to see wh portion it is without necessarily touching. The burgers are no longer as good as they used to be. The rib on the rib burger is now small and the taste is a bit too tangy. The beef burger patty does not taste like steak, it tastes almost like soyabean patties. I think Steers needs to improve on their burgers and go back to how they used to make them. The wings sometimes are burnt and sometimes underdone and they looked very white the last time I ordered them. There is a lot of room for improvement.
