Tried the chili 5-ways and it was disgusting. The noodles were swimming in grease. An employee asked if I liked it and I replied that I didn't but ate what I could because I was very hungry. No reply, no offer to refund or replace the meal. Recommend avoiding this place. Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We haven't done dine in since Covid but decided to give it a try. The people that worked there were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The Steakburgers, fries, and onion rings were so good! Everyone needs to come back and see what you're missing!! Food was lukewarm when it finally arrived, mediocre at best and salty. Not how we remember steak and shake in the past not in other states. Staff forgot our shakes, still took another 10 minutes after reminder (we were through eating). The manager decided to have a lengthy and animated conversation with another customer instead of overseeing the dining floor. At one point 6 customers were waiting at the register to pay. The cooks, the only people in the restaurant doing an excellent job, called out 3x that our order was ready before the server brought it out and the manager was still talking to the same customer. Obviously a very disappointing experience. I should say this was around 2pm on a Tuesday, so obviously NOT a busy time of day. I’ve heard a lot of mixed opinions of the new Steak n Shake in Tupelo so I decided to try for myself. I had a great experience here, the service time was great and the food was great! I do personally think that the parking is to crowded and the building is to small to be able to hold the amount of people that the parking lot can hold. Other than that everything was wonderful! I’ll be back!

M & M milkshake was my splurge on dairy - delicious, not too creamy milkshake with chocolate candy bits. The fries were a disappointment - white, flabby, not warm, and not very flavorful (I hope they're not always this bad). Tried to place my order through the app 6 hours in advance, this restaurant doesn't participate. So I call and ask how can I order ahead. The only option is to call it on which is perfectly fine. I get off the phone and proceed to write down a detailed order. So I don't miss anything. I call it in for pick up at 6:50 pm. We get there 20 minutes early for pick up at 6:30 pm. We don't get our food until 7:21 pm. My husband only gets a lunch break from 730 to 750 pm. He works 7 days a week. Almost every item on the order was messed up. Everything but the shakes. They did replace the meals for me. How ever. They did mess up 1 be burger. By drenching it in salt. I called up there and they treat me like I am lying about it. I tried to bring the sandwich in and they kept saying that they didn't need it. They went so far as to not complete my sandwich due to the fact that they were acting like I was being dramatic over a sprinkle of salt. So here are the pictures. We also ordered 2 shakes when we got the burger replaced. A Nutella shake and a Reese shake. And now here we are with a vanilla shake and a Reese & Nutella shake. Never again. I had so much better experiences at other franchise steak n shakes. I've never had to have an order replaced at one before. Never again. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

The fries are as yummy as Buffalo Wild Wings and the shake is very rich and creamy. I got the burger with everything but mustard and was manageable to eat (wasn't falling apart as I bit into it). My only negative feedback is that they should clean the table before seating a new customer as mine had bread crumbs and spilled water from the previous customer. The service was warm and polite.

My son and I enjoy eating at the Tupelo location when out together. Our most recent visit we were delighted the lobby was open for dine in, the staff was great, attentive, and friendly.
