Very clean, food was great. This location no longer offers the seasoning for the fries in small packets nor do they add it to the fries when you order them. Only way to get it is to buy a bottle from the store.... Didn't like that. They did give us a small sample. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very good. The burger looked really greasy, but it was fantastic, and the 4 for 4 is a great deal. I went during the lunch rush and it did take a while for my server to bring me my receipt and a to go drink, but still it was a very nice experience. They have great shakes too! Try to go during happy hour (from life 2 to 4?) to get them cheap.

On a VERY slow Thursday at 4 pm. This Place was absolutely FILTHY! There was a soiled diaper at the front door (I even told the manager) that was still there when we left. They advertised a 4 for 4 meal all over the windows and a sign outside but would not honor it because maitenance hadn't removed the signs yet?? The bathroom was disgusting. The floors were covered in spilled drinks? They were dead and no one was cleaning!!!I would have left but I had several people and we had already ordered food and drinks. I would have taken pictures of the restaurant part but couldn't without causing issues. I would give them a *0* stars if it was offered. We will NEVER return!!

The food was ok! The fried was cold and they gave us our food in sections. We did not eat together because we had to keep getting up every 5 mins to get a piece of our meal.

Food is always good if they get it right. But the service is always awful. If you don’t seem to care about your job why work there. After we ordered our food one of the burgers was made wrong so we tried to get their attention. Honking the horn, knocking on the drive through window after about 10 min someone finally addressed the issue. James was AWESOME. The absolute best customer service I’ve ever received at the drive thru. He is such a nice guy he deserves a raise for sure. Very good guy!

By far the worst customer service from any of their locations but pretty par for the course in terms of steak n shake. pulled up to an empty drive through and told "wait a second" no problem i get it ive worked a drive through. 5 minutes pass and nothing. so i pulled around the building saw the drive through and most of the inside was empty pulled back to the drive through and again was told but this time yelled "WAIT A SECOND!!" kindly waited ANOTHER 5 minutes and nothing... so i just left, i can happily spend my money elsewhere Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm 40 years old and I just now tried this place out. This is my new go-to burger joint. I mean the price is phenomenal. The customer service is spot on and I know this may sound a little much but this is the best burger I've ever had from a fast food chain period! PERIOD! I came here to get some milkshakes for me and my family, the lady at the speaker was extremely rude. I asked for a kids vanilla ice cream and she tried to charge me $6 dollars when it says it’s $3 on the menu, I asked why and she said because I didn’t say It was a kids, when I clearly said so, and she proceeded to tell me that she didn’t understand what I had said because of my accent, well how did you understand everything else I said, and if you didn’t understand then why didn’t you ask me to repeat the order again. Then we went back and forth with her telling me she couldn’t do anything about it. This has been the rudest experience I have ever had, no wonder why this place has downgraded so much to the point where it’s empty all the time. Believe it or not this was the 1st time I've ever been to a stake n shake. We had chili dogs. Steak burgers. Chicken tenders. The fries are awesome. There's no sogginess to the French fries. Everything was very good. And when I was there the waitress we had. Was a very big help. In helping the best way to order. After I let her know what I wanted. Show is came back in a timely manner to check on us. Not too little not too much. Found out they're open 24 hours A-day. They have all kinds of milk shakes. Chocolate strawberry vanilla. All your Classics. And definitely made the old fashioned way. Can remember going out with my grandparents watching the make it. That they have kit kats. Cocoa Chrisp. Froot loops. And more. But get this they serve breakfast. Looks Like high quality. Also they have all you can eat pancakes. With the traditional sausage bacon Eggs sausage Gravy and biscuits. Let's just say I am a fan Now.
