The food is usually really good here but I have found the service lacking. I went through the drive-through twice now in the past few weeks and ordered a large combo and a small birthday cake milkshake. The first time my combo was a small and the milkshake was just a plain vanilla milkshake, no whip cream, nothing. The second time the milkshake was a cookie dough one and the guy at the drive-through at first forgot about my drink, and then tried to give me a small combo, I had to tell him that I ordered a large combo. The cashier seemed overwhelmed, I’m guessing due to the holiday bustle. We ordered and I watched the cook on his phone for a good 5-7 minutes before he started cooking. Possibly the best quick service burger around. Order it fully dressed and take it up a level. Shoestring fries are unique and are fantastic if you add their cheese sauce. Drive thru worker was really nice but my dr pepper was all carbonated. It was terrible. Just suggest when you go thru the drive check that you actually have a drink and not this. Recommend maybe just having your own drink with you Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Pretty good fast food spot. The fries were definitely my favorite thing I ordered, I’d even say top 5 fast food fried. The shake was good, the original burger was better than expected.

I am not one to usually complain, but if I could give this zero stars I would. The burgers tasted like 100lbs of pepper. My husband asked for water and got what tasted like super watered down lemonade. The sprite had no syrup in it. I think the best part was probably the fries. My husband also came to this location 2 weeks ago and they ask if pickles, onion, cheese and ketchup are okay on the burger and he said “yes” and was given a burger with only pickles on it. We will not be coming back to this location. Food: 1

Clean restaurant inside and outside. Bathrooms are clean. Personally wash hands before eating. Burgers are juicy and delicious. Fries remind me of potato stix. However, bite into any individual fry and one can see the potato inside. Finished it off with a nice thick side by side chocolate and banana shake.

Got the grilled cheese and fries for the niece and she of course enjoyed it. I prefer the grill cheese from Five Guys more because it has more of a buttery and cheesy taste to it. The Mac and cheese was decent for a fast food burger and fries place. I got the Royale steak burger and chili cheese fries which was ok. They served it to me on a small place which I thought was strange. Why couldn't it be served on a larger plate with my chili cheese fries. I wished the egg on my Royale was running and not and over easy egg. The chili on my fries actually didn't have any meat from what I can tell and was all beans. The cheese was like a nacho cheese sauce. Best part of my meal was the vanilla milkshake. Wife got the mushroom steak burger and parmesan fries which was lacking in flavor. The wife didn't care much for the mushroom burger or the fries also. The parmesan seasoning didn't add any thing to the fries in taste at all.

Atmosphere was awesome. Keeping with the holiday spirit. Sorry no pictures of the food because had eaten it to fast. They really care about your experience which is very humbling. And even on my way out. They ask if the food was good. As if they didn't already know!!! Love this place. A lil away from the interstate but well worth the few miles.

I waited for 12 minutes and still didn't get my order taken and it was past lunch time. They are under staffed, so if you're real hungry or in a hurry you might want to go elsewhere! I tried one more time today and same scenario. I walked in and no one waited on me and I left. They're more worried about the lazy people at the drive thru than walk in customers. I will not be going back!!! Service: 1
