Starbucks is a place I frequently visit to place orders, and I am truly impressed with the comfortable ambiance and friendly staff. The variety of beverages and food always meets my expectations in terms of quality. However, I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes the service can be slow, and there are instances where I've had to wait up to 15-20 minutes for a single drink.
This is Vinny I have been coming to my favourite place which is Starbucks by all means ..all the staff member very friendly special George kimmy and Razaiah so humble and always serve me with smile. They all 3 are my stress buster when I see them I forgot everything .. thr cofee the is awesome my fav white chocolate mocha extra hot with extra shot😜 Lov u guys for your Lov keep it up.

We are from the United States and in our travels, we like to visit Starbucks to buy an area-specific mug. Also, in that, we are often living abroad it is nice to go for a familiar experience. This particular Starbucks did not seem to have the same attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality that is typical of the Starbucks brand. Unfortunately, this is not a good representation of Starbucks and if this was my first I would be underwhelmed and not try it again. Incidentally, although we did get a coffee and breakfast which were good we did not get the cup and ended up leaving New Zealand without one just discovered buying one online was not an option.

Food and services provided by the enterprise were excellent as experienced during first visit. The atmosphere in terms of behavior of the staff was also good. Setting of various items was also noticeable.

I love Peppermint Mocha, only reason I go, this store was out of almost all syrups. Very disappointing, why advertise Xmas drinks when you have none? Staff were very apologetic, but no drink for me.

Amazing service from staff, they were welcoming and efficient. The girls working today were lovely and apologised for making us wait due to the machine being a little slow, we had no problem waiting at all! We make a point to stop in here as we pass through because we don't have one in Palmy so starbucks is always a treat. First time trying the pink drink and it lives up to the hype. The iced chocolates are also very good.
