I am a black queen that is also a security officer. I work to patrol the area from 12:30am -8am. Sadly, I asked to use the restroom and all of the female employees were apathetic to my request and told me I had to make a purchase first. Honestly, there comes a time in life when you are given the opportunity to do the right thing. This type of training and culture from Starbucks speaks to a more serious problem of greed and prejudice. Stop wasting your money at Starbucks unless you go along with this sort of ideology. To the women that refused me today, you never know when you will need a humanitarian favor returned. Remember the people that help keep you safe while you refuse a basic accommodation like a restroom to a public servant. Boo Starbucks. Atmosphere: 1

Don't order on the app - they skimp out on everything. Got my drink and it was... 90% cream? I ordered 5 shots so I know it should've been the majority of the cup. Thanks for my 7 servings of cream foam tho! 🙃 Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

I ordered a pumpkin chai tea cold and it was truly amazing. The service was quick per usual and friendly. Next time you go to Starbucks, make sure to try the pumpkin chai tea... Employees need better training on how to pack a delivery order. I ordered a Matcha Frappuccino and a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew, once it arrived the cups were both broken and spilled as if someone literally punched the hell out of them. 2nd Update:I always ask for a small cup of caramel crunch BECAUSE 9x outta 10 I don't get anything other than a stingy sprinkle on top. That was the case today. Didn't recognize anyone working there & including a picture of the "extra" sprinkle 🙄. I've even said upcharge me... They could fix this issue if they either offered to sell containers of their different toppings or had any upcharge availability. You KNOW they pay next to nothing for them, So it would just be one more way they can make more money... I'm going to leave it at five Stars anyway. I also put a picture of of the awesome caramel crunchwraps that Amira makes Update: change to five Stars because Amira, is seriously the best drink maker ever! I had ordered with her only once and she remembered the specificity of my drink on the second time I went there! I always get the same exact thing and I'm always happy to see her face & to know that she's making my drink! There's a key code pad on the bathroom doors so only customers can use it. Welcome and kind team. The building is clean and nicely set up to have seating outside for a large group. There is code to get into the bathroom. This I like because it helps to keep the bathrooms clean and clear of the Riff Raff. The drive threw is long at times but the workers move the line quickly.

The counter service was great! The drinks took a little longer than usual, but they were training a new employee so it's understandable. I am vegan, so I get an iced americano with a splash of almond milk. I saw the barista pour regular milk, and then realize it was supposed to be almond. She just poured almond milk on top of it and made the drink like normal. She served it to me and I asked her to remake it - it had way to much milk for me in general - obviously I wanted it without dairy. She fixed the drink no problem and remade it with just almond milk. It was perfect after that. I was glad I was there to notice the mistake. The dairy would have probably made me sick as that has been my experience another time getting the wrong milk. All in all, good service, but an opportunity to train further on not serving a drink that was incorrect.
