The woman at the window was really nice and personable. However, I paid for a venti and this didn't even come close to the top of the cup. I was getting myself a treat and got really short changed for the price. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5

Lady who took my order was rude and condescending. Later on I saw her nicely interacting with a group at a table. I have no idea why I drew her ire. I was totally courteous to her in every way. I went through the drive through today and purchased a pink drink and when i got it. I took a sip not realizing they had put a defective lid on it which sliced my lip open. I warn anyone who likes starbucks to go to a different location!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love this Starbucks, today though I got the pink drink and I noticed it was separating. Like the milk was bad. I’ve never had this happen before. Very disappointed.

don't go here if you are in a hurry. only had 1/2 my order. I just should have sect thru the drive thru. would have been faster than pre-order. would not refund without the app which was in my car. double the time

9 times out of 10, my Starbucks experience at this location is a slow, painful one, where I regret coming here because of wait times.

I LOVE this Starbucks!! Most of the employees know me & Know what I order. I only wish 3 things. 1. They had seats that had more Cushions on them. Cuz the seats are HARD!! 2. They should have & DESPERATELY NEED to make this a BIGGER Starbucks. 3. Treat your employees BETTER & Pay your Employees MORE MONEY!! Meaning like $15.00 an hour. Otherwise the overall with Starbucks off of Highway 26 & Mustang Drive in Grapevine TX. In the same parking lot with 7-11 is. The employees are WONDERFUL!!!
