We are blessed to have such wonderful associates at our Starbis!!! Everyone is so kind! Training is obviously well done as our drinks are always exactly as we'd expect! This is such a lovely shop! There isn't a better more readily available local place with drive through, so Starbucks is a good alternative. That said, I get a Venti Blended Macha Frappuccino (no whip) with Strawberry Puree, and it's by far my new favorite drink. The service at this location is great, they're always cheerful, even when it's been a rough shift, and I'll only come to this location when I'm in town. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the better locations to go to in our town. They are always nice, helpful, and will make great suggestions for drinks if you don't know what you want. They also are very nice when giving pup vups to my freshly groomed dog for her treat. The only issue. I've ever had is when I do an order ahead & request a food item -they sometimes forget to give it with the drinks or it isn't heated/warmed (the bread & muffins only though). I take responsibility for not recalling to ask where my bakery item is though. The location is always clean as well. I've never had a bad experience at this location. Even with a long line at the drive-through. Beware the driveway entrance/exit; the location of the dumpster (I think) creates a huge blind spot right in front of you. Update, a year later! Still the slowest location in town, a bunch of folks running around with no leadership… please help this store!! Insanely slow. Complete mess. 8 employees running around not working together or communicating. no leadership or guidance, the girl on food handed out multiple items missing forks ahead of me and of course… handed me mine with no fork. You would think after 5 people had to come back and ask you for a fork you would start including them… not her!! Slow and good are alright. Slow and worst service in town are not.
