I ordered a caramel apple spice. This drink is an apple cider drink, but they gave me coffee mixed with apple cider. It tasted absolutely horrible. They are also incredibly slow. Horrible first experience with this location. Food: 1 Service: 2

I absolutely love the Starbucks they do everything right I love the atmosphere. I love their service. Their service is very great. They’re very friendly. I just love everything about them. They cooked my food extremely well. The coffee was awesome. It was hot but they made it where you’re able to drink it right away love it 😍😇😍😍 I would definitely go back. I'm a late bloomer! I tried Starbucks for the first time last year. I enjoy trying different drinks. My favorite fruit and flavor are strawberries. So I like to try drinks with strawberries in it. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Always a long wait regardless of how you order. If you want quick service, this is not the place. Staff are kind & hard working. Location just not up to par with speed of service as other locations. Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

Came here today (still here as I write this). I ordered a drink and a plain bagel with egg. The really nice gentleman took my order and we paid. Waited 20 minutes and got our order. The order was wrong. It was egg and cheese on some kind of bread. Went back to the counter and explained the mistake. At this point a girl walks to the cashier to help the guy out and she says they cannot put an egg on a bagel (umm ok.) so I change the order to a bagel and cream cheese. Again, wait about 12 minutes and had to go ask about the order. I think they definitely need more staff here because the wait is usually pretty long. And why can’t we put an egg on a bagel?

This place is always slammed (because there are not enough off-campus Starbucks for an area this size) but they are always working hard and I have not had a wrong order yet. Yes, it is frustrating that they prioritize the drive thru orders over all else, but I have kind of learned the timing and usually my mobile order is already ready when I arrive or is just coming out. My go to place for delicious coffee drinks. I have also expanded my horizons to try the tea and refreshers which are just as delicious. Service is pretty fast. It is sort of pricey if you are paying for more than one person or even if it’s just you and you want a venti drink. I recommend the caramel brûlée frappuccino during the winter and my personal creation the vanilla bean creme frappuccino with caramel syrup during the summer. If you prefer tea then I suggest the guava white tea with lemonade. The hot chocolate is also a simple and delicious way to go.

I live in Nashville and come home to visit my Mom a few times a year. This is the closest Starbucks to my house and I would say for 3 years now I literally sit in here for 30-45 minutes waiting on an iced coffee. It’s unreal to me. New management or a strategy needs to be implemented. As I type this, there are 17 people standing up waiting for an order…. Ridiculous. Fix this location, it’s been like this forever, so insane. And they don’t even take mobile orders, I guess since they can’t manage it? The drive thru is out onto the main highway and is just parked not moving. 6 employees are here Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

A week ago my sister was told by an employee (Liz) that she was told by her boss (Edward) they WOULD NO LONGER BE ABLE TO SERVE ME OR MY SISTER the other half of the Banana Nut Bread I have always got my sister to bring me back from Skyland Starsbuck, my sister goes in there to get her drinks. I ALWAYS FOR YEARS have asked she brings me the other half she does not eat in the ORIGINAL PLASTIC WRAP IT COMES IN. The employees including the manager EDWARD all these years have never had a problem with my sister having the other half in the original wrapping. What's the issue? What's the problem? With ALL THE BAD PRESS STARBUCKS GETS IN THE NEWS, you would think you would not make your regular customers mad over something as simple as this. My sister might come there but for disable people unable to come and wants this order that way, ESPECIALLY after they have been serving & doing this for years. WHO IS IT HURTING TO ALLOW MY SISTER TO CARRY OUT THE OTHER HALF OF THE UNHEATED, UNSERVED, UNUSED BANANA NUT BREAD THAT SHE AS THE CUSTOMER PAID FOR AND SHOULD GET IN IT'S ORIGINAL WRAPPING IT IS PACKED IN? ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU HAVE ALLOWED THIS FOR YEARS ???????? Worry about other things and stop picking over that. Like picking up the outside when a customer sees trash in the bushes fir days and no one picks it up or other stuff. Good treatment & good services goes a long ways. Bad treatment and bad press runs off the good customers you already have- On a good note, Asad, Masdison, Dominik, and Jack were AWESOME today, that whole afternoon shift (July 20th) were so helpful. The drinks and service was top A with me. Thank You
