This morning me and 2 other ladies waited about 25 minutes for our drinks. I’ve never had a drink take this long. We had to walk up and ask about our drink and their responses were ohhhh ok yeah let me get on that but the whole time they were standing there talking. it was super frustrating, i never leave reviews and i just HAD TO. This was the worst experience ever. Go to any location but this one. We shouldn’t have to repeatedly ask if they are making our drinks especially if it’s not busy. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Evelyn in the drive-thru is amazing and truly loves her job. She was so happy in taking our order and then we got to the window and she was so sweet and full of joy! It’s such a nice thing to see someone who truly loves what they do and put their heart into it! And of course our coffee was great.

The drive-thru is always super fast, and everyone is very nice. I don't really recommend going inside. It's isn't dirty. The service...happens. If you want to hear conversations and wait way longer than you should, go in. It's really more for people who bring a laptop and plan to stay. Always friendly faces to greet you in the drive through, and great suggestions for alternate drink favorites. My new FAVE is the Caramel Ribbon Crunch!!! Absolutely amazing 🤩 Every time I come back the food and drinks just get better and better!!! The drive thru moves at a very reasonable pace, they are very good with getting orders correct. I paid $9 for coffee with 2 extra espresso shots! My drink is milk. I called and a kind sir remade my drink and it’s perfect now!

For 6 bucks, my cup should be full and delicious. Today it was neither. I was the first person in the drive thru, not sure why it took so long...no explanation. Drink was missing a couple of inches. Also not sweet like it should be...not complex...white chocolate mocha. Right off the menu so they "can't" mess it up. Guess I will choke it down since I need my caffeine.

I have been to this location so many times and I've never known a Starbucks to be so incredibly inconsistent with their drink making. I feel like they don't measure anything and just free hand everything because I could order the same drink 2 times in a row and it looks and tastes different. Typically the drinks tend to be extremely weak and look like milk. If I wanted Dunkin' quality I would go there. This location is usually more convenient for me but I will have to start exclusively using the 96 location from now on. Also, the staff is almost always seem cranky and they just ignore you and sometimes even have a little attitude. Had a great experience here. I've never really had Starbucks outside of what friends have randomly ordered for me, so I had no clue what to get. Lucky for me the ladies here were super kind and patient with me, and helped me pick something I might like. Em specifically made sure I was happy with my order and even recommended an add in that made the drink more my taste. I'll definitely be coming back here!
