The service was fast and friendly. Everyone in our party was happy with what they ordered. This location was well-staffed. The independent coffee houses are all closed by mid-afternoon on a Saturday, so it's nice to have a national chain option on a Saturday evening. The sit-down area was clean and well-lit. The one thing they could do better (when multiple customers inside) is to identify drink or customer name when setting item on the counter. Our regular order is always delicious, but today, I was contemplating getting something different. I asked them about the difference but still chose to order my usual. Afterward, we sat outside on the patio, and the manager brought out the drink I was debating on - on the house! He said, "I just really wanted you to try it!" He is also one of the happiest people I've met in a coffee shop. But the whole atmosphere and staff were absolutely wonderful. I've been to this Starbucks so many times before because it's closer from home and work and never had issues until recently. Service is always great but the coffee sucks. They are always making my drink wrong every other time I get there. I ordered 4 drinks today and they all tasted of just milk. Will never come back to this Starbucks. Good cup of coffee nothing spectacular. Service is always amazing! Very friendly staff. Holds up to the level of a corporate chain. Not a massive fan of the food. Everything is frozen pretty much with nothing cooked fresh. Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

had my sister bring me coffee today, and it was awful! this is not the only time i’ve experienced this. my drink was mostly milk, and im not sure if someone is new or if they’re not wanting to work on a Sunday, but it was awful. what sucks the most is the amount of money spent on the 4 drinks bought. what a waste of money. I came to this store because I needed to get a moment to write and reflect. Maddie made my visit a top notch experience. She suggested a drink that was perfect. She does her job with confidence and clear communication. The store doesn’t have a lot of seating, so target non-peak hours if you want to sit. Otherwise it’s a well run store. Thumbs up.

This was a fantastic Starbucks in Idaho Falls, ideally situated, for a stop, between our ride from Teton Village Wyoming and Salt Lake City, Utah. This Starbucks was fresh and vibrant with great atmosphere and nice staff and customers. The staff was super attentive, there are quite a few tables, a working fireplace, and sparkling bathrooms. It was drizzling outside, but on a sunny day there are outdoor tables.
