Great environment, the employees are really nice. I don't know who helped me but she was really nice and even asked me what I planned to do today. (it was around 3:30-5) anyways my drink was awesome and it was made quickly. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I have always had okay experiences at this location. The line usually takes forever but at least the drinks are still good. Tonight though we ordered two refreshers and both did not taste good. They tasted extremely watered down especially the strawberry acai barely any flavor at all. They also forgot the kiwi fruit chunks in one of the drinks. This was an extremely disappointing experience. I just spent $10 on overpriced flavored water.
Probably one of the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to. The staff is also the nicest. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

I came in a 4-5 minutes before another customer wasn’t greeted or asked what the name was on the order it was also late with one car in the drive through. then a second customer comes in and is greeted asked what’s the name on the order apologized to and offered a free item. Hard not to feel like like it’s racially motivated when I’m brown and she wasn’t. Won’t be returning.

Friendly staff and drinks almost always made as ordered but, service at this location is sooooo slow. Inside as well as drive-thru. Drive-thru wait is painfully long... 3 weeks later, 6:40 am, 9 cars in the drive thru so I went inside to order. Only 4 people working, one of those is dedicated to the drive thru orders, one warming food. This location needs more people working. Shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get a coffee inside when there was only one person in front of me. Staff still super friendly and professional. Management seems to be the issue...
Horrible service and can never get your order right. If you have an issue don’t expect to get ahold of the manager they are always busy. Probably dealing with all the customer complaints. Food: 1 Service: 1

I love Starbucks and their tasty coffee creations. (WA native). This particular location was great, but the music was too loud and the lobby needed a cleaning and some more comfy chairs. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I L.O.V.E. COFFEE! It's just so good! Especially starbucks 🌟
I love Starbucks, but this location has the worst vibe. The furniture layout is terrible and the chairs are SOO uncomfortable. It's not an inviting space but one which repels and asks you to leave ASAP. It's also the loudest SB I've ever visited. Every sound carries and is magnified in this space. There are several simple interior design choices that could really change the vibe here, and save some eardrums. Also, the Chai here wasn't done right; it was weak, like they didn't steep it long enough. We get it the same all over and this is the first time it has tasted watered down or weak.
