I was told by a staff member named Brianna to be mindfull and lower the volume of my laugh. I felt very disappointed and disrespected because I consumed and I was enjoying my time with my good friends. My understanding is that we can espress as long a we do not harm anyone. I have been publicly humiliated a staff member (Brianna) came up to my table and asked me and my friends to be mindful and keep the noise down. A staff member named Breana (Briana, Breanna) approached to the table where my friends and I where we were enjoying a coffee to tell us to lower our voices because we were too loud and to be mindful, but I believe no where in the establishment it says that this is a library to be quiet. I felt very humiliated by the people surrounding us that this employee told us this when we were only catching up with life and enjoying the moment.
