Normally I don't have issues in the morning but today... I've been sitting in the line for 30 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. I've put my car in park 3 times. I'm at the speaker now and no one is saying sorry for the wait or acknowledging my existence. I had to drive off after 10 minutes of silence at the speaker. Horrible. Now I'm late to work with no food. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Went in and ordered my drink told her. I want to redeem 25 points to get a extra shot of espresso. She said she had already went through with the order and took my payment. I really think this may be the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to. I've always been pleased with my drinks/food, but the customer service is even better. The only issue--and this isn't really their fault--is the location. It's a hassle getting in and out, but the friendly service seems to make it worthwhile. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
