The Starbucks at East Gates is terrible. The service was completely horrible. In fact, after ordering a Red Velvet Frappuccino, I mentioned to the Starbucks employee taking my order that I wanted no whipped cream on my drink due to an allergy. She then responded with "So you did not know you had an allergy before placing the order..." and an eye roll. Downright rude! Additionally, my Red Velvet Frappuccino was too icy and lacked milk. I struggled to drink it through my straw. Completely irritated employees and mediocre drinks. Do not even bother ordering. Try the Cinnabon upstairs instead. Whilst waiting for an order inside the trincity branch around 8.37pm 16.10.23, I observed the Drive tru attendant making two orders, as she applied the whip cream on the drinks i noticed she quickly pulled her polo t-shirt up to her face and SNEEZED into it. She causally continued preparing the orders without washing her hands... failure. Meal type Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It’s a good Starbucks overall. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming and the wait time for drinks even on busier days is minimal. Service Take out Meal type Lunch
