For the past 6 months, this Starbucks has not had cold brew prepared on ANY occasion we have asked. I am so sick of this. We used to be able to get cold brew coffees every time we went to Target, now we almost know already when we arrive that they aren’t going to have it. I’m sure you could say “well maybe management didn’t order enough!” or something like that, maybe once or twice sure. But EVERY WEEKEND FOR 6 MONTHS? Someone is messing something up here. 0 stars if I could. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

How is it possible for Starbucks located in the middle of a huge store (Target) that doesn’t have whipping cream? Imagine your chocolate cookie frappechino taste like drinking plain chocolate and BTW the ice is crushed so much that it’s literally melted. Disappointing

Wow! All of the worst Starbucks drinks I've gotten have been from this place. Once my drink had powder in it at the bottom that was not fully mixed. This was from my mango dragon fruit. It's quite in a convenient area so I kept going. But I'd rather make the 10 min drive to get a decent drink for the price am paying!

Terrible customer service, rude employees and orders hardly ever right . You will stand in long lines because usually only 1 person working. All employees are not Starbucks employees they are target so they don’t care . Sell reusable cups but don’t ever had lids for them . In my history of my Starbucks card it shows I paid for drinks for the last couple of weeks from here , was supposed to get a free drink for terrible service but young man was rude and told me I already got it which was not true because my history proves it . I was highly embarrassed in front of customers waiting in line behind me when employee kept telling me I got my drink . I basically walked out . Will not be back at this one again because of the terrible customer service

Extremely quick with my order and did a really good job, but the shop itself and the seating area floor had a lot of trash and the poor girl was left alone to a line of eight people. She stood her ground though and didn't waste any time.

Never will I go to this Starbucks again. Employees that work there are rude and don’t know what there doing. Never anything in stock food or cup items. Especially lids for cups, no bags to put food items in . Employees are not Starbucks they are target . I am sure that’s why they are not understanding how to make drinks correctly and not enough people working.

Always understaffed. Normally just one person working and they typically have absolutely no clue what they're doing. Ordered a venti flat white. After it finally cooled down enough to drink and I had moved on to a whole different store I realized that they literally gave me a 16 ounce cup of steamed milk there was absolutely no coffee in it at all

If I could give no stars than that would be my selection. I visited this location on Sunday and tried the egg bites. When asking the barista the different flavors she suggested I read the sign. After I told her it only stated egg white, she repeated her comment. So I asked her if egg white was a flavor and she hesitated and told me the flavors. Her attitude w3aa very non chalant and rude. I will be not be attending again.

Absolutely the worst. I had a simple request when ordering 8 drinks and sandwiches. I requested they open the package and simply remove the cheese from one sandwich. The girl absolutely refused even asked her had it to me and I would remove it. Again she refused. Every other Starbucks in the world has graciously done so. You can bet Starbucks just lost a customer. Maybe since they cater to all the snowflake demands etc etc they should have a sandwich option for those of us lactose intolerant. #neveragain #worstservice #yousuck
