To the morning crew: I adore you all! You have the friendlest morning crew when I know we're all not totally ready for the day. You guys make my mornings so much better before work! Absolute worst group of staff to ever run a Starbucks. Some of the unfriendliest people work here. Starbucks is supposed to set the example of good customer service and baristas that enjoy working together. This store does the complete opposite. The management here is unbelievably awful and treats their employees terribly, you can see it even as a customer. Any other coffee shop is going to be better.

I have ordered here two times and both times my cup was dirty and sticky. Finally today I had to return the drink and have them change the cup but you would think with a ~ $6 drink you would get a high quality and perfect drink but not at this location! Although, I understand that they are busy and trying to make the drinks quick and it spills which might not be a big deal in most people’s eye! But what if you are putting the drink in your car for or take it for someone else and the appearance of the cup is all spotting and sticky! : I’d say “NO! Thank you 😎✌🏻”

This Starbucks use to have wonderful people who seem to listen to what you order. I have gotten the wrong coffee three times in the last week. This mornings order was no different. I have a dairy intolerance and so always order almond milk and the same drink. Todays is a white chocolate mocha almond milk ( which I could see they had to remake for not using it the first time.) no I did not order a white choc mocha. I ordered a peppermint mocha with almond milk no whip and extra hot. I’m so over them not getting it right! Looks like it’s time to move on…

Although we found the service very good and the folks were friendly, the music was so loud it was distracting. We moved to a couple of seating areas and it was still too loud. Not sure this would be my Starbucks of choice.

I love this location, the building is in a great spot and allows for heavy over flow of the drive through. If you stop here during the work week, get there before 720 to beat the rush. Yes its Starbucks, but these employees make you feel its a small coffee shop. Everyone I've ordered through is fun, kind and just seem happy. Just had my morning coffee before my physical therapy appointment here. I have to say these ladies and gents have made my morning brighter! Very helpful and bright smiles . Never underestimate the power of a smile! Thank you so much for this beautiful gift!

This has been one of my longstanding go to Starbucks in Spokane. This last time, however, was quite lackluster. The Barista who helped us through the drive-thru was amazing, but the other 3 inside were absolute do-nothings and it showed. When I made the statement that she appeared to be running the whole place she just made a profound shrug and was obviously attempting to NOT say anything derogatory about her co-workers, while maintaining her great demeanor and still, you could see the frustration in her face. I am only giving this place the 4 stars because of her. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
