Employees seem to hate their job at this location. I like to sometimes walk into the store to order, but I will be standing in line for a while, so I have been ordering ahead. Either way. The drinks are never consistent within the last two months. I also noticed they have a high turnover rate. Service Dine in Meal type Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We walked in ten minutes before the closing time. Baristas made perfect drinks in a quick polite manner. Store is clean. Neat. Decorated for Christmas Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

Went here Saturday December 30 at 2 pm and they are CLOSED!! They are supposed to be open. That sucks. REALLY!! You need to do better. No excuses!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Coffee was good as expected but being a Starbucks Rewards Member, I asked to use one of my rewards for a free coffee and they do not participate in the rewards program. They said they are independently owned and not part of the corporate. But they will accept payment with Starbucks cards. First time this has ever happened at what looks like an "official" Starbucks. So, if you plan on using your rewards, don't come here. There's another Starbucks nearby on pine Street that will accept your rewards.

So today I went to Starbucks to get my regular a Mango dragonfruit with lemonade light ice the host who made my drink with the pink hair saw she was out of dragonfruit instead of her going to the back to restock she tried to scrap the sides n put little crumbs of berries in my drink and shook it up and tried to serve it to me like that was the correct way the drink was light pink than when I said something about it she tried to be smart and fill my cup up with ice when she remade it this was the first time I ever been disappointed in Starbucks I will definitely be taking a break from them Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hands down the best Starbucks around. Every time I go in there, there’s one cute red head always doing all the work while the other employees are just sitting or leaning against something. I feel so bad for her but she makes the best drinks! *Update* I have recently learned that the cute redhead mentioned above took over as store manager and it shows. The customer service has improved tenfold since the change. They make you feel like they genuinely care and you and make you feel truly welcome there, and not just a burden like other Starbucks in the area. This place was already good, but the atmosphere and quality is even better. Definite improvement over that awful and rude woman “Jackie” that was the manager before her. This will continue to be my favorite Starbucks and even more so now Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

I’m a huge SB fan but specifically this location is so close to my heart! The staff is exceptional and so kind. Day is a sweetheart and literally makes my day! If your close to the downtown area, get your beverages here Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
