The drinks at this Starbucks location are very inconsistent! Sometimes they’re okay and other times they’re terrible (very rarely do I get one there that I think is actually good). I just don’t understand why each employee isn’t taught to make the drink exactly the same way every single time. The person handing them out at the window should as well know what each drink should look like and catch it before they send it out. There are other Starbucks in the area that are much better. Ordered my usual but at a different location because of an appointment. This was second visit here. My order was wrong. I made a u turn in rush hour and went via drive thru again. Explained my predicament. A Chai (not what I ordered) vs a Macchiato. Doesn’t sound the same not to mention taste is different. They remade the order. The young woman at the woman at the window had nothing at all to say. I guess I was wrong to expect an apologetic word or attitude. So I said: “You’re welcome” To which she replied “no worries. You’re good.” I took a sip and the drink was still wrong. The rep I spoke to suggested I go to the next Starbucks so I could move along in rush hour. Food: 2 Service: 2

I prefer this Starbucks in East Cobb because it's not crowded and tables are available, even though it's small. Parking is easy too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I got a grande caramel crunch Frappuccino it is AMAZING it’s the perfect amount of everything! As for my double bacon egg and cheese sandwich it looks pretty good but I wish the bacon was cooked a little longer and there was more cheese. Aside from that everything was great!👍🏾

Ordered a cup of coffee. Was handed a lukewarm cup. Handed back and asked for a fresh cup. The response from the server: "I figured " as she proceeded to tell someone to make a new pot. It's really bad that this is the only Starbucks in the area. When you love Starbucks and you have no other option, and the screw up your drink twice... you just have to grin and bare. I may have to drive another 8 miles to get my drink. This location sucks... looks delicious, but absolutely horrible

$0.50 for cascara topping, which I had to remind them to put on in the first place and then this was all I got. This location continually disappoints with their recipes and add-ins. The location is convenient and the staff is friendly but I guess they need more training.

I am a Starbucks regular…my family says I have buckdar… Hands down the slowest, irregular drink making Starbucks in North Fulton. The only reason why I frequent is due to my mother loving her grilled cheeses and frappes. It is worth the drive to the next Starbucks.
