I was helped by an employee name Liam, he went above & beyond to provide great customer service. Starbucks is always great on the most part, but employees like Liam is what makes Starbucks an enjoyable place to visit time & time again.

I stop here every morning and usually have a pleasant experience! Unfortunately this morning sucked, the chick at the window had a bad attitude! My order was incorrect and my food isn’t even hot or at least warm not to mention being the second car in line at the time! Didn’t bother to give me a straw after putting her hand all over the top of my cup ugh! She clearly isn’t having a good morning and should’ve stayed home!

Temporarily closed till Sep 6, 2021due to makeover. It was great while it was open. Conveniently located near multiple shopping areas. Great place to meet people. Outside seating available, and near parking lot. So if you have pets in car, you can be near them and watch them while you are enjoying coffee and snacking.

Starbucks on houze road in Crabapple GA. The customer service at this location was horrible!!!! I ordered online as I was walking over from next door. (Car wash) I sat in the store while I waited for my drink. I heard my name so I started listening. The baristas were completely making fun of my name and making jokes. Little did they know I was sitting right there... As soon as they placed my drink down i immediately walked up and grabbed it so they would know I was there the whole time. All 3 of them working looked completely embarrassed. This location is horrible. And I heard one of the baristas make a comment about my drink when she was making it. But it is not morally okay to post the words they used online. Drink not what I ordered, and it seems as if it was done wrong on purpose?!!!

Great drinks. Parking can be a little tough as well as ingress and egress. Lots of space inside but could use some more study space. Afternoon shade on the patio is really nice!
I hate doing reviews, but I decided to break my rule and write one for this place. I’ve had Starbucks almost daily for the better part of a decade. I recently moved to Milton and this location is one I frequented for several months. Something happened in the last few months and the quality has dropped through the floor. My vanilla latte was incorrect for an entire week. It almost tasted like they used different ingredients daily. It was watery some days and tasted like the used the wrong milk or sweetener other days. I typically have back to back meetings so I couldn’t give them a chance to fix the drink. I went that weekend and asked them for a caramel frappucino. It was again watered down. It tasted like they forgot entirely or did not put enough coffee base. I stopped going here entirely.
Fast forward to today, I gave them another chance. I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch frappucino. Again, it was watered down. It tasted like caramel, whipped cream, and ice… with almost zero coffee taste. I pulled up and asked them to redo it. The server at the window left, went over to talk to the person who made it, and came back, blaming the issue on their ice machine. There was plenty of ice… that was not the issue. They asked if I wanted another drink instead of offering to remake the frappucino I wanted. I told them “forget it” and drove off. I will not be coming back to this location again.
I was driving through Alpharetta and wanted to see if I could get the same drink that I get closer to home, I advised and they said yeah, we can make it. After trying the drink was nothing like what I asked for, the girl was really nice, and asked us if we had a few min to wait so she could try and make it, so we did but she was having a hard time.....the manager Griffin walks over and said we need to wrap it up because y'all were closed! I had no clue, it was still early and they were the ones asking us to wait......so I advised that was fine they could just refund me and we would be on our way.....Griffin stated that we could just tell any other Starbucks that we are owed money and they would just give it to us, or make us the drinks free........first off, that is not another stores responsibility.....and I am asking you, and you are not willing, why would another store!?!?
