Today around 9:30 am. I pay for my coffee and then I am just waiting. There is just one more costumer in front of me. 8 min and nothing. He finally gets his coffee and I assume that is my turn. But not wait! It is the baristas turn to have their coffee so I keep waiting. Another costumer comes and 4 min more she gets her coffee but not me. I ask them to cancel my order they cancel and the girl that was supposed to do my coffee she doesn’t care she didn’t even apologize. My cup was in front of her the whole time but she was more busy talking to her friend than questioning why I was in front of her looking for her attention. First one taste like milk and second one did to. Even with extra shots of espresso. I asked for no whip cream and everytime he does put it on. I swear, if I'm paying over five bucks a drink then make it how I want it. If the customer service doesn't get fixed at Starbucks then it maybe its time to switch coffee company.

The only drawback this location, is when sbux employees are on break, the target worker who fills in isn't checked out on making more than simple coffee, couldn't even make a simple hot chocolate, otherwise I had no issues with this sbux location
