All I can say is, this is the best Starbucks my Wife and myself have been to!!! The environment is perfect, coffee is always on point and service is the best part of everything, everyone is always polite and greets us with a big smile, the property manager Tameika is the best, I went with my wife to redeem her birthday coffee from the app and Tameika went above and beyond with recommendations and service. I waited over 20 minutes for one drink. I asked about the status of my order twice. Once, I asked about my order from an employee who didn’t do anything to expedite the process. The second time I asked, the manager told me that my order was “in the mix somewhere” not to mention I’m a regular customer at this Starbucks location. She finally walked over and made my drink after I inquired about it the second time. Horrible service, would rate a zero star if I could. Not only was the staff friendly but the customers were as well. I enjoyed chatting with a customer on her way to work after getting her coffee. Thanks for making my cup of Joe extra special Starbucks.

Waited for 45 minutes and watched some guy who was 4 people behind me talk his way into getting them do to his drinks first. I literally just needed 2 hot chocolates and a Danish. Customer service is good and the line is usually quick but I always have trouble with them actually filling up my drinks. If I wanted a small coffee I would have ordered a small one. So basically I payed for a medium cup and a small coffee. This happens regularly so if you want to actually pay for $6 worth of coffee and get that much coffee, make sure you avoid this location.

Kyara was on point! Wow! She was running circles around everyone. Such high energy it was great. Just had to come on here to compliment her efforts. They were very well received. Whatever happened to Starbucks being a welcoming environment for work and/or study? The music is so obnoxiously loud at this location my Zoom call with clients was almost impossible. Seems like such an easy consideration for people obviously trying to enjoy their cup of Joe while working… 👎🏼 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
