Never again. I just left this Starbucks after waiting 34 mins for 2 pike place coffees, that’s coffee brewed and only needs pouring into cups not any specialty mixing etc. I have never had this experience in 24 years going to Starbucks. Never again will I go to this location! Did not even add the sugar that was on order label! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 1

YEAH- Recently opened Statbucks in a new retail plaza. Mobile ordered this morning and everything was correct and ready just as we walked in. The place is modern, clean, cozy and comfortable with ample inside and outside seating as well as offering drive through service. Staff were attentive and friendly during our visit. Highly recommend.

I have tried to be patient with this location because they just opened. At this point I'm done with the location and will resume at McDonald's for my coffee. Ive been here 5x and 2 out of 5 was ok. This morning after spending $9 for a grande caramel macchiato with 2extra shots of espresso and a cheese danish toasted at the drive thru. I get a cold danish watered down coffee. Starbucks your not all made the same 🥺🥺 Update from my review 2yrs ago! I was hoping it would be better! I have come here on three different occasions and got the same results You ask for a Venti a tall or a grande with very light ice what do you get? a cup of full ice with your ice coffee. It’s like a rip off they give you more ice than coffee. I just want it cold that’s why I say light ice! I will even say very light ice or no ice! Do you all listen and you’re just on cruise control this is ridiculous to pay over six dollars for a coffee and you can’t even get what you actually order. Service Take out Price per person $10–20

This location is super close to me yet I will drive to a Starbucks further away. In the past, this location did spectacular in terms of punctuality and accuracy and now most times I go there, something is missing, not what I ordered or it's a long wait for a cup of brewed coffee. Maybe they need more staff?

Ive been to acouple of starbucks and honestly i can say that the one in new windsor they know how to make drinks when it comes to my favorite mango dragon fruit refresher . Alot of people make it to watery i like to taste the flavor of the fruit while being able to taste the lemonade part . Cant lie tho im not really pleased that they no longer make the kiwi star fruit refresher it wa smy favorite when i needed something sour. I ordered my Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato online at 12:34….pick up time 12:46. Joined the drive through line and waited the usual long wait. Get to the check out window and the cashier is busy taking orders. By now it’s 12:57pm. I observe a curly blond barista standing around off to the side of the cashier watching the screen and waiting for a new order to come in to presumably make it. One minute passes, the cashier is still busy and the barista is still just standing there. So I say “Excuse me, May you please hand me my order?” She huffs off to get it they pushes it through the window screeching “ We are extremely busy, we were going to get to you!” My Macchiato is splashed out and leaking in my car. I reach for some wipes to clean it up before reaching for the remaining order. She slams it on the window ledge and walks off. At this point I now have to clean up the refresher which is also splashed out. The cashier is finally finished taking an order and turns to me very apologetically/sweetly and asks if I need a straw. I take a straw and drive off. My Macchiato is watered down because it’s now 1pm. It would have probably tasted ok if the blond barista was not so rude. But bad service combined with the taste made me toss it. Service Take out Price per person $10–20
