I accidentally placed an order too soon and needed to change the pick up time to a later time. I called the store and although they can’t make orders for a later time they helped me. When I pick up my order later than expected, my drinks and sandwiches were fresh and warm! Thank you for the wonderful customer service! I had been sitting for 30+ minutes waiting on my order because there was one person making all the order. The manager is out covering for someone's break and granted she's probably doing something I mean it was hard to tell but instead of helping the guy behind the counter make drinks she watches him struggle with other people's orders yet has an input on everything. This is honestly the worst experience I've had here so far and it's not even the guy who's making the drinks fault. It's the managers. I felt so bad for the guy he's running around and very obviously new to this so isn't as fast. The manager should have stepped in yet there are 5 groups of people waiting on their drinks. I ordered a caramel crunch frap and it tasted very watery. I went in to ask if they could remake it because I couldn't stand the taste. They remade it and it still tasted very watery. I just dealt with it because I didn't want to seem rude. The service is really nice. Maybe a bad day. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 5

Not open during normal business hours. 2 employees came Locked the door and then left with some stuff. Never opened the store. Lots of customers, and no closed sign. It’s 9:53am Service: 1

People who works here are so friendly I was able to pretty much engage with most of the staff. Good service very helpful and they make you feel like you’re welcome ☺️ 5 stars to you guys!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Update- Still the best, and Diane has moved on. Definitely missed. Now we have the amazing Andrea, Kelly etc. Again one of the best Starbucks in Aurora! They are kind, friendly, ask how your day is and care. They never forget a face nor the kind of drink you like. The store is always clean, including the restroom. Diane is the manger and she never leaves her staff overwhelmed. If the line is long it's definitely worth a great drink. I'm terrible at names BUT ALL OF THEM ARE AMAZING...

I am hesitant to say how wonderful the staff us at this store because I want them all to myself. I can get coffee on every corner. Iliff and Buckley is a Enjoyable Experience because of the staff. All Day Everyday!

Spacious Starbucks with ample seating and electrical outlets for charging phones and computers. Not the one inside King Sooper's. No drive-thru. They do lock their bathroom doors, just FYI. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
