This is my first ever google review and I’m only writing it because this place is that bad. I’ve given them five tries and all five times they get my order wrong and my coffee is awful. It seems as though they are a bit overwhelmed with online orders and don’t have as much time to spend on the people standing there in person. I’m sure this isn’t the staff’s fault, they appear to be short-handed and under stress. Unfortunately I won’t be going back to this location, and I’ll have to make a drive to one much further away.

The baristas are all super nice, however they consistently make my order wrong. When I go to different starbucks, it’s always the way I like it. This one is right on my drive to work, but there’s always an issue. The baristas always remake my drink with a smile, but I feel bad asking. I know that they are busy, but if we are paying $6+ for a drink, they need to make it right, preferably the first time.

Very busy Starbucks location, but don’t worry about the lines they are always very quick. If you don’t want to wait in any line you can mobile order here, the lead time is about 2-3 minutes! The staff is always friendly and helpful here too. They have a smaller location for seating, but still a good spot to sit and read / work on a weekend.

A manager actively threatens employees with firing for supporting their union which is illegal. This location should be investigated and said manager needs to be in jail.

Starbucks in Davis Square Somerville Massachusetts is the worst I've ever seen and been. Employees are biast against homeless people and addicts and anyone really who looks like they've had it rough

I came into the store with my own cup and they were happy to explain how that would work. They were so nice and it was fast and efficient service. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
