Went to pick up my mobile and arrived to the store to find the doors locked. I was going to pick up my order through the drive through. The line was really long so I took a quick drive around the block. When I came back, there was a note on the drive-through window, that said "sorry closed early." I could see the employees in there working. I called the store multiple times with no answer. Starbucks had my money and I didn't have my drinks. I spent about 20 minutes with Starbucks Corporate in getting my money back. The district manager reached out to me which I appreciate. I was so excited to have this Starbucks in Deforest, but I wont go back. On previous occasions my drinks tasted like they were watered down. I understand things happen beyond peoples controll, however the customers that had pending orders should have been called when the store opened again. Ordered a Venti and know they aren’t always filled to the top. I get it. This was clearly Grande in a Venti cup. I did call and the were cool about me coming back, but headed north on I39. So coming back isn’t an option. Do better for a $7 coffee. Mistakes like that shouldn’t happen. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I lasted 5 minutes at this loud place. Maybe it’s me. I guess i feel like i go there for 2 things—>the drinks and the quiet atmosphere. I know it’s not a library, but I always feel like it’s one to two steps below it. I need to stop thinking that way I guess. I did, however, find a new drink that fell in love with—>iced latte blonde expresó with salted caramel cold foam. I was so addicted to the cold foam, I looked up the recipe to make it at home!! I normally get the same drink, at least for the last 15 years (non fat caramel macchiato). I took a chance and I think I made a good decision. I will say, I think it was the flavored cold foam that got me tho 😀🤔 I changed my stars from one to three. I do love their coffee. I noted that the place was clean. Even the bathrooms were very clean as I was truly considering setting up my book and coffee in there 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ve been reading other reviews and It looks like I’m not the only one that has issues with this Starbs. I forgot to mention there were at least 7 workers and I’m guessing less than half were actually working. I have to say one common theme at Starbs is that it is usually packed with chatty non working employees OR there are not enough workers that are buried in work. I’m not sure why this is. It’s like you never know which way it’s going to be. For the customers, I’d rather have less workers as I know they will be quiet and get the work done. It’s the places with wayyy too many workers that ruin the atmosphere. I do have to give a shout out to my “person”who actually came to the register and was very friendly. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to . I’ve never had a Frappuccino look like this at any Starbucks, nothing but ice . They have yet to make any of the drinks I’ve ordered correctly & have attitudes when asked to fix them. The customer service is absolutely trash here. Don’t waste your time here. [I am writing this on behalf of my wife and her friend.] We went to this Starbucks today. We waited 14 minutes at the register before anyone even acknowledged that we were there. The baristas were filling orders for the drive-through but neglecting customers in the store. A line of seven more people arrived behind us before our order was taken. The service was slow. One of our drinks was obviously only two-thirds full. We had to stand in line again to get the drink fixed. We asked for half-an-half to fill the cup up. The barista pulled out a gallon of whole milk and poured it into the cup. I guess they are not trained to know the difference between half-and-half and whole milk. Those of us that live in DeForest were looking forward to having a great meeting place and great coffee in our town. But, we are disappointed in the atmosphere and service at our new Starbucks. There was 4 workers dealing with the drive through and mobile orders, but nobody working register. After standing there for several minutes being ignored we just ended up leaving. Overall Starbucks is great but this one might need a manager or something. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Service: 1
My aunt ordered two peppermint mochas and lets just say, it was chocolate sludge, no coffee. I really wish that the staff would be trained properly before serving people incorrect drinks to customers. I do not blame the new employees, I blame whoever is neglecting to train them. This location is definitely hit or miss. Sometimes we go and the drinks are excellent. Last few times we’ve gone, they haven’t been made correctly or are forgetting things. It’s disappointing paying $15+ for two drinks and not being able to drink them. Staff is friendly but would rather drive a few extra minutes to a different location. This is the worst possible location to put a Starbucks. Horrible traffic that has only going to get worse as more people find this place. Unbelievably bad decision to locate here. The staff is awful too and focuses almost entirely on the drive thru and ignores customers inside. Good thing I don't really like Starbucks and would much prefer the Dunkin a couple miles East! Do yourself a favor and don't patronize this Starbucks. It's awful!!! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Justice “purple hair” as she referred herself to, has terrible customer service and should definitely find a job that doesn’t require talking to customers. She’s very rude,I asked to order merchandise and she wouldn’t let me. So what’s the difference if I would’ve ordered it through the app for drive though pickup? Service: 1
