This was the worst experience I have ever had at Starbucks. I paid extra for crunch and caramel for my drinks. I cannot have the whip cream on top because it was an allergy. They of course gave me the drink with none of the extra things I paid for and with the whip cream. When I asked for them to please remake it because I have the allergy. Courtney took it and just wiped off the whip cream with it still remaining in the cup. I told her AGAIN that it was an allergy and I need it to be remade. She gave me a dirty look and then remake it mumbling under her breath. At this point I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. All I asked was for my drink to be made correctly and when it wasn’t I asked for it to be remade nicely and I was given an attitude. She then remade it with none of the crunch. I then asked if I could just get a side of it since I already paid for extra on the top and bottom. I then asked the other two workers there to make sure everything I paid for was in the drink. They were very kind and helpful, although the crunch was still left out. I then asked Courtney if I could just get a side because I didn’t want to wait any longer. She then poured it in a cup and then slide it all across the counter which was accompanied by a dirty look. I said thank you and left very uncomfortable. No one who has that type of attitude should be working in customer service. I usually never made a review but this left me astonished. I have never felt so disrespected. Baristas were super sweet, got my drink out quick while filling everyone's orders in front of me and were just all around great! Also my drink, same order, tasted better here than other Starbucks? Not complaining!

Whether you have to catch up on work, make a quick stop or just to hangout with your friends this Starbucks is a great place to do so! It provides Wi-Fi and the people there are incredible!! This place is convenient and is a family-kid safe place, I come here for the drinks and food they have a wide variety of food and a good drink menu, whether you want Teas, Coffee's, Frappes, Mocha's, and anything that I'm forgetting they have it!❤

Stopped by since I had to pick up something before work there was one girl working at the time. Needless to say it took 15 min to get my drink mind you I ordered a simple Frappuccino. It’s crazy to have one person working a morning shift on a week day.Just don’t stop here if you have anywhere to be.

This is my spot and Nikki is my girl! Bartista, that is! I came in on a Friday after a 16 hour shift and ordered my usual. I handed Nikki a hundred dollar bill and of course the register did not have change. She was still so kind to me and made my coffee order anyway. I have NEVER EVER seen this type of kindness! Thank you Nikki and thanks for making me feel alive! You're the best! !

Impossible to get a quick coffee. I go to many other Starbucks and when ordering a regular coffee they pour it for you. This Starbucks puts your order in the que behind the drive-thru. Not normal

I left my home in San Marcos at 715am headed to church in carlsbad (Day break Church on poinsettia. I stopped at FIVE STARBUCKS on the way and EACH WAS CLOSED!!! This Starbucks was open and staff very empathetic and helpful.
