I'm happy that they opened a branch here in Hail. I travel the world and this branch was one of the best branches worldwide. However, not anymore. My last two orders were HORRIBLE. First time I complained, Alshayea customer service told me to go back to the store to return my drinks , like I have nothing to do in my life. Additionally, I should bring the receipt with me, although they never gave it to me, except if I asked. Second time my drink was much worst. I feel it’s not convenient to grab a drive through order every couple of days if every time I have to try it before I leave the window.

Winter and autumn drinks only lasted 3 weeks!! Winter is 4 months drinks dorks be provided all year if popular like pumpkin spice and white mocha with chestnut.

I have never seen bad costumer service in my life it’s not like I’m paying with my own money for service they act like they are slaves or something especially the male worker I think he is Egyptian he’s awful also made the wrong drink never steeping foot in that store ever!!!!!!!!
