They should clean more the tables. We had coffee for some time and stuff didn’t check at all. I saw this issue before. They should check other locations from Starbucks.
I tried to order a plain espresso, but the barista treated me like a child because "I was too short". She serverd me with a decaf espresso which was, in my opinion, worse than tap water, all of this at the full price. Not only she did not tell me about the change in my order, but when I asked her about it when seeing it on the invoice, she acted arrogant and rude. Overall, won't come back to this place, as the service isn't as good as other locations in town where I had no such problems.

Never ask for an invoice as they don't know how to do it and it takes more than half hour. Used to be a regular but definitely will avoid this place. Better try Tucano.
The same Starbucks experience when you ask for a black coffee and you have to wait at least 5 minutes because the employees don't know how to organize the things in such a way to always have black coffee prepared.
