Not understanding why this Starbucks doesn’t know the difference between hot and cold coffee when I order online. Two times in the past month I’ve gotten the wrong thing and yes they offer to fix it but I order ahead because of time. Read the tickets people it’s not that hard!! Service Take out

We visited this Starbucks location while on vacation last week. When there we were served by Jaime who went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful! She was very knowledgeable with drink choices and made the perfect blend for us! She was also amazing with our kids offering them drink choices that suited their needs best. Everything is always excellent in every Starbucks !! Remember, Starbucks is a food service industry so please tip accordingly. Even 20% is a less than adequate tip for these hard working individuals. Even for just a cup of Java, I always tip a several dollars.

The service is good. My friends and I been going there since it opened, I noticed that the outside is always dirty with stains of ether coffee or urine, because the homeless probably use it at night it smells, yesterday Oct 5 me and my 2 friends met there we went to sit down and my one friend grabbed a chair and there was mucus on the chair and got on his hand,Yuck, not to say the seating is terrible and uncomfortable. Starbucks has some major problems they are all about who you get when you go into Starbucks there are nice people that work there and there are not nice people that work there and Starbucks doesn’t care especially when it’s the manger that is not nice at all Starbucks it is only a matter of time before this business gets hit hard and we see the end of them Starbucks needs to learn how to hire nice people if some did a survey on any Starbucks of there politeness it would be no competition . Starbuck’s would lose immediately. Starbuck’s is a company that thrives on profits and money. They are a bunch of sickos. People spend a lot of money in those stores and that’s all they seem to care about. It’s not about the customer. Here’s an idea.
