Worst customer service and we had to call few times to get an item and the food is ok and of course expensive. I never had such experience in other Anandha Bhawan outlet in Penang island. The veggie is stale and the fried chicken not cook well and they also not bother about it when we complain about it. Worst chain restaurants and that's why we not prefer Anandha Bhawan anymore. Went there twice when we were in visiting BM last month, first time around the food was fresh & service was so so.. Second time around we ordered more than RM100 worth of food for 4 adults & 2 kids & food was not fresh & overcooked. Service from the guy in charge of scooping rice & dishes is by far the rudest waiter I’ve ever met in my whole life. It’s as if he paid us to eat there, absolutely no manners whatsoever & I agree with other reviewers on this matter. The restaurant was filthy & we had bad diarrhea the next day. Would not recommend nor ever return to this establishment. Good riddance to them! Note：Photos was taken when the food was nice & fresh on the first visit.

Vegetarian briyani rice, mock mutton n vegie. RM11.30 My first time having vegie food at indian restaurant in BM. Not sure if it is considered expensive or normal price. But definitely I will choose chinese vegie restaurant next time which I find it would be much more cheaper.

Well I tried the chicken briyani there, it was okayy. Which also means it was nice. I liked it. It didnt have any wow factor to it but you guys can definitely have a try cause I believe everyone taste buds is different. It wasnt like so bad lahh hah.. So few weeks back I had a breakfast with my family here on a Sunday morning. The potato masala served for poori was actually spoiled. We didn’t complain we just had it with the curry which tasted extremely bad as well. Once we were done with our meal we went to the counter and told the counter lady that they are serving spoiled food. She totally ignored us and I believe the served the same thing to all the customers despite our comments. The attitude is terrible. Food price is reasonable. Just don’t go here if you wanna have some authentic indian breakfast which is freshly made lol Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person RM 1–20
