The communication with Speciality Cakes was great and easy. The cake was exactly what we envisioned. It was delicious and beautiful. Definitely the hit of the shower. I highly recommend!

I inquired about a cake online and received a quick reply with further details and questions about how I wanted it decorated. We were coming into town, from out of state, to surprise a friend for her birthday. We were able to arrange to pick it up ourselves, which was easy and quick. The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated. This was the first time I've ever eaten a gluten-free cake, and I was more than impressed.

Fantastic cake! I loved working with Ally! I sent some inspiration photos and we picked out maple bacon for the flavor. Not only was the cake gorgeous, but it was delicious! And, she accomodated my multiple dietary restrictions! Thank you so much Ally!

Ally is the absolute BEST! Her knowledge of how to make stunning and delicious desserts, especially gluten free, is unmatched. She went above and beyond for the dessert charcuterie boards for my wedding, and helped stay in our budget!

I don't eat Gluten Free normally, but have been because of the family. These are BY FAR the best tasting and best looking desserts that I have ever experienced. If you have a gluten allergy and want a sweet treat to remind you of the good ol' gluten days, look no further. Anything, and I mean ANYTHING Ally has created has always far exceeded expectations. I have bought them for numerous people and they are always surprised at the simplicity of ingredients. Definitely will continue to buy!!!

We had absolutely no complaints on this amazing cake. She made a tiramisu cake and it was beautifully decorated!
