What a pleasure to find such a good Japanese fine dining experience in Stockholm. The menu exist around 21 courses and we took along the sake pairing menu. The freshness of the fish and the creativity was surprisingly good. What stepped up the game was the sake pairing menu. I didn't know there was so much variety in Sake. The pairing was excellent !
