Our experience at souvlaki deli was nothing short of amazing! We had initially stopped on a walk in the Centro area for a pita, the pita was so good that we returned on our last night in Tulum. The ingredients that Omar uses are some of the freshest we've ever tasted, and he takes care to ensure that the person eating has the best experience! Ate there for lunch. We got the chicken platters and extra pita. The food was delicious! I absolutely recommend this place for quick and yummy Greek food! This place offers very authentic Greek food. Omar, the owner, is super friendly and attentive! Having been in Tulum for 5 days, we ended up in Souvlaki Deli 3 times and counting.. :) Fresh ingredients meets with great cooking. Highly recommend chicken and lamb souvlaki.. and of course Greek salad bathed in olive oil.. yummy! We ordered from Tomato.mx app for takeout and it was delicious! The prices are a little high for the portions, especially the Greek salad seemed a little small. Overall the chicken gyro and Greek salad was delicious and authentic! The baklava was not so good, missing the multiple layers of phyllo and it was soggy. Was a small piece for 100 pesos Overall very delicious and healthy, we will definitely eat here again! Delicious casual souvlaki place. We had the lamb pita wrap, chicken pita wrap and bowl of chips. All were amazing and the staff was friendly. The staff also brought out a spicy oil to have with the chips which was great. Would recommend. Amazing find! The owner Omar is so lovely and told us how almost all the ingredients are sourced from Greece. Very authentic. I’ve been to Greece and this took me back to being in Santorini. We got the chicken souvlaki wraps and shared fries with cheese - yum! Highly recommend this place and the prices are extremely fair. What a little gem! Omar was wonderful and extra attentive to providing amazing service for us and the food was absolutely amazing! We had lamb both times, once on a platter to share and once in wraps. Authentic, saucy, cooked to perfection meat. Tasty and filling salad with plenty of feta. I only wish I had more space in my belly! Support this establishment, they care about their customers. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Every dish was a tantalizing tribute to Greek cuisine, bursting with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients the most important. The lamb shops were especially exceptional, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors and textures that transported me straight to the heart of Greece.
