This was an amazing spot! They allowed us to decorate for my friends 35th birthday and SIDNEY was superb when we asked if we could decorate!!! Thank you so much for the services provided!!! I’ve visited the Dallas location but the Sherman location just has better energy. Mandy and Sydney were super! Daiquiri was well balanced. Had the fried catfish and shrimp with rice & beans. It was packed with flavor. Definitely will be back! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Honestly pretty good Cajun food....especially for this area. The meat pies are excellent. Catfish was surprisingly good as well. Gator balls good. Jambalaya was good too. The staff was kind and attentive. Next time I'll try the boudan. That will be the real challenge.

We got the gator and boudan balls, red beans and rice and tried the stuffed shrimp. Gator is always a favorite so loved those. Wasn't a fan of the shrimp. Boudan balls were alright. My date had to finish those off. The rice in the red beans wasn't cooked all the way but beyond that it was good. The staff was very sweet (we'd come from another restaurant we're very hangry after that experience!) So they handled us very well, had great suggestions. Only true complaint is they need to turn the heater up. It was freezing! Will return. Hoping to try the gumbo next time! This place is amazing! The name scared me away for several weeks. Once I tried it out, it is now one of my favorites. Super friendly and helpful staff. Love how everything is on point. The food is suprisingly amazing and we tried several different items. The drinks are just an added bonus. And the jello shots are oh so good! I just can't think of anything at all that went bad or that was even close to bad....as it was all so great! We will be back soon!

My first time trying this place and was absolutely impressed with the drinks and food. The gentlemen was very helpful and friendly and explained everything to us that we had questions about. We ordered the front porch appetizer platter with 2 different types of meat pies, fried catfish, boudin balls, wings and 2 sides. We got jambalaya and red beans and rice plus a cup if etouffee & a Louis Armstrong daiquiri because we wanted to try a little bit of everything. I was highly disappointed 😞 The catfish was overly fishy for my taste, the meat pies were terrible and the etouffee was so fishy I couldn't eat it. The jambalaya was very very dry and was trashed as well. The boudin balls were good, the wings weren't bad and the red beans and rice was tasty. The daiquiri was very strong in my opinion but lots of people like that. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50

Excellent service and amazing food and drinks!! We will definitely be back! We had the Meat Pies, the Bourbon Street Pasta, and the Catfish with Crawfish Etouffee and it was absolutely delicious!

Super good food. Except I wish the Gumbo that ordered would've had okra. And if they would have had some strong sweet tea. Our food was delicious. I didn't get to try the daiquiris but I will next time Service Take out
