Had the chance of coming to this place that had such a big hype all the way from Los Angeles all to be very disappointed. 1. They have this special menu where they give you a tasting of all the authentic dishes from the magical towns of the state and when I went to order it, the waiter said it wasn’t available. 2. After waiting 15 minutes to get our order taken, they tell us they ran out of more than half the items on the menu. 3. The bring out the food to the table next to us before us after we had gotten our order taken 10 minutes before they did. They forget to bring out one of the plates I had ordered. 4. The waiter that we had was very rude and nothing close to the level of customer service expected for such a talked up place. 5. When the waiter came to pick up our plates, didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing to the point that a dirty knife fell on my blazer and I got a huge food stain. 6. Prizes were wayyyy over priced for the serving and quality of the food. In conclusion, I can say I’ve been here but not going back. Amazing service, it is worth trying the tasting menu to try a bit of everything. Don't miss the Gins and the pulque cocktails
Can’t beat Sotero. The drink La Banda Chida is excellent as is the whole menu.

I'm rating based on the premise of a top of the line place which is how they advertise. Menu is modern and based on authentic dishes. Food is good in general. In particular the mole verde was tasty but let down by what can only be described as a congealed cube of meat bits and pieces that tasted as of it had been in the freezer for quite a while. Service is ok for a normal restaurant, but lacking for a "white glove" venue.

We order a dinner service for my in-laws' anniversary. The service was outstanding and the food amazing. They brought all the food in dishes, ready to be placed at the table and picked them up afterwards. They also have waiters, should you need them. Absolutely recommend their catering service.

Found the Conejo Horneado and the Pork Belly dishes to be very muted, lacking in flavour, and lacking in creativity. For the price, I expected way more, this restaurant if far overpriced, especially for Pachuca. The service was bad, our mesero never checked on us to see how we were enjoying each dish. I also didn't understand the concept of the whole restaurant. Very dark rooms with loud music playing, and an overpriced fusion menu that failed to impress. We enjoyed our amuse bouche and Carpaccio, but will not return.
