Worst service by the owner ever! Ordered 2 dishes and waited too long for 1 hour 15 minutes. The people who came later received their food earlier. We asked to cancel the order but the owner insisted to wait, so we ask for tapau. Food is bad. Ordered kolok mee but does not taste like kolok mee at all. Won't be coming here again. For others, please don't go here Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Steamed soon hock fish was delicious. Fried rice fried noodles both wet and dry were tasty.The unmistakable smell and taste of wok hey. Most restsurants in Lawas will have 2 star rating. for atmosphere. This is one of my favourite restaurant in Lawas. Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I had enjoyed the food in this restaurant more than 10 years ago. However today I visited this restaurant and was surprised by the unfriendly treatment of the lady boss. Can see that she has prospered in her business and her attitude towards her customer today was like take it or leave it. There were not much choices of food like before and the Thai chicken was more of fried skins so is the sweet and sour pork. I wouldn't bother to eat here if I visit Lawas again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The service is excellent and friendly. We had two flagship dishes, the large head prawn (rm 55) and a mysterious fresh water fish called, Soon Hock (rm 95). Which were both excellent, especially the fish which unlike other big city restaurants, were caught wild. Hence the meat was silky, fresh and sweet. In the city, you would pay through the nose for the same fish, a farmed version. the roast pork was dull and a waste of my palette. The sweet potato leaf were great as a veg dish.
