I live right by grateful bagel but will drive all the way across town to eat here instead. Their bagels are unbeatable, the perfect consistency, full of flavor. Why do I have to wait until all of your regulars get their food before me? When I clearly ordered before "all" of them. To top it off, next time don't say hello "sir" unless you know for sure it isn't a woman. Thats plain rude, and completely unacceptable.
