Stopped by on my way to work for breakfast. Took a little while before it said the order was on the way, maybe 5 mins. Then another 4-5 mins goes by and my order still hasn’t been delivered. I rang back in and was immediately assured that they were on their way out with my order. I explained I would need to cancel the order if it isn’t out soon. I had already paid with my card at the stall. ANOTHER 5 mins goes by and finally my order is brought out. It’s not even what I ordered. She forgot my iced coffee. Then when she brought my iced coffee she forgot a straw. She told me she would cancel my order due to the wait and it not even being what I ordered but the order has yet to be cancelled. Haven't been to Sonic in years! Had a taste for one of their burgers 🍔 . I normally don't eat bread, but I thought I would cheat for a change. It was good, I went through the drive-through, and the young lady was extremely nice. The Fayetteville AR Sonic has always had great fast, friendly service. Today I stopped in for an extremely RARE treat, one of their cheeseburgers. As usual, juicy, well cooked, but not dry. And crisp, crunchy onion rings, hot and fresh, made with real onions, not onion mix. The staff were very kind, but the service was slow and the food portion was very bad (see photo below). I paid $5.50 for a “medium portion of jumbo popcorn chicken” and this is what I received. Barely even tossed in sauce and extremely overpriced. Hopefully I can get a refund, they did not include a receipt.

My husband and I placed an order in the app and stopped here for drinks after walking around in the area. They were out of the drink I ordered (lemonade) and the person helping us was very apologetic and friendly! This location is very convenient to the area near the mall and it's off hwy 71 just enough that traffic is not too bad entering or exiting.
