Great little snack bar full of locals. We don’t speak Portuguese and the waitress/owner didn’t speak much English but she was so sweet and helpful. Four of us had tuna baguette and pregos and bottled water and it was about €16. Bargain. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €1–5 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very nice local bar and restaurant! If You wanna meet some real Madeirans not only tourists - go there and have some poncha or beer. Normal, reasonable prizes and very nice people!!!

No English Speakers but if you do the walk up from Praia do Calheta to Estrela do Calheta, there is a cold Super Bock with your name on it! There is quite a cool breeze on the small terrace to assist you in cooling down. Super cheap, a large beer (Caneca) and a Coke will cost you €3.60 (10-06-2018)

Nice bar with a small tasteful menu. Baguettes salads hamburger and steaksandwich. Mostly local people coming here

Eine kleiner Sehnsuchtsort nahe des Museums, mit sehr netter Bedienung! Der Espresso ist nicht nur günstig, sondern auch sehr gut!
