Ordered 3 breakfast burritos and the egg was burned on all 3 of them. Need to do better at food quality. Shredded meat is not the best in all their wrapped items and tacos and Taco shells are hard. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Our food got to our table at exactly an hour after ordering. We watched other tables receiving their food that ordered after we did, and they had only been there for 20 minutes. When our food came, it was only part of our order. (My husband was hungry and took a few quick bites of his taco before I took the picture) His enchilada was hard and the sauce on top was drying out with wilted sad lettuce on the side. The middle part of my tostada shell was soft. After waiting another several minutes, my husband went to ask the server if the rest of our food would be ready soon. We got the rest of our meal a full hour and ten minutes after we ordered, with no apologies. It was a Saturday and the majority of people coming in after we ordered were online orders that were being taken care of first. We wanted to be kind and understanding about the situation and didn't get upset at any of the workers or cause a scene. (Like one old man did when he came in to pick up his online order and he had to sit and wait for five minutes) We just waited patiently, for over an hour, ate our dinner and left. We just wanted someone to be aware that this location seems to have a lot of online orders, so in person dine-in orders may take twice as long to receive. We’ve enjoyed frequenting this location for years and have never been disappointed here until today. Our guess is, it must be difficult to stay fully staffed after covid hit establishments hard. I had a really good time at eating here ! I had this one employee I believe his name was Aaron, such a kind, helpful, and funny guy. He helped me with what I needed help with and even gave me advice on what I should get my son for his birthday 😂. Such a kind kid he really was the highlight of my day especially after my husband left me. Aaron was a busy worker too so for him to take the time out of his busy work ethic to talk and help me out really meant a lot to me. Will defiantly come back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service was very good ordered quickly and they delivered the food hot. The food was tasty. It took a bite long to get our food considering there was only one other table in the restaurant. Went to the drive-thru and waited about 10 minutes for my meal. . I was the only one in the drive-thru for a bean and cheese burro with onion. Add extra cheese and a cheese enchilada.. They do charge for extra cheese. I believe it's 65 cents. With a bean burro, It''s kind of hard to open it up to see if they added what they should have because it's very messy. This has happened to me a lot. When ordering extra cheese I get basically no cheese at all. So I'm fed up this time so I'm posting. As you can see from the photo the burro has no cheese at all. I also asked for mild salsa and I got no mild salsa at all. I honestly cannot think of an easier order than bean and cheese burro with onion and extra cheese. Terrible experience. Terrible meal. Waited 45min dine-in. For 2 meals. Had to remind them of our order. After that the manager didn't care or come to apologize. They opened drive through ordering. This will never work with this business model. Obviously. This coming from someone who's family has owned restaurants for 3 generations now. Terrible managers and staff. No one cares.... Staff was nice and helpful for our first visit. Place was clean and food came out fast. Nothing special in the Tacos 🌮 but if you are in lunch break and need a quick lunch in a nice clean environment- this is the place for you. They do have beer 🍻

Worst decision of the day…tortillas hard, had to use a knife to cut the hardened cheese enchilada. Fish taco was an over fried fish stick with raw corn tortilla and a splash of cabbage. LOVE this place!!!! Seriously has the best service! They have the best homestyle Mexican food for an amazing price! The staff at this location is always so friendly to me, the indoors is always so cleanly. Please if you haven't come eat at this Someburros!!! Perfect place for a family night out, or even better, since it's a drive-through perfect place for takeout!
