Smoothies are delicious and that’s for reasonable price. I tried two different smoothies (see posted pictures) the San Blas and La Mortada both are delicious and you will be definitely filled after one. The top looks the same but the base is different. Don’t forget to bring Cash, no machine is available.

We ordered pancakes with seasonal fruits for 10$ each and were very disappointed. The portion size was ridiculously small considering the price. The "Seasonal Fruits" consisted of 3 small slices of banana and 2 even smaller slices of strawberry. The pancakes were really small as well and the amount was little. The quality of the pancakes was also not good since they were mushy. For the same price you can get a better breakfast at different places in Playa Venao.

THE BEST Smoothies and smoothies bowls in the whole beach are at SOL Venao. All the smoothies are named after surf breaks in Panama <3 <3 <3 Best plan after a yoga class or a surf session.. They also serve the most delicious vegan gluten free banana pancakes, toasts with avocado, salmon, capresse - wow my mouth waters just thinking about it Stop by, say hi to Nofar (the owner) she is the best vibes & you will definitely share some waves in the water with her if you are a surfer. Go and have an acai bowl!!! Service Dine in Meal type Brunch

if you want to refreshhhhhh your soul in this gorgeous paradiseee of playa venao!!! you have to try one of Sol bowls! Excelent service - and gorgeous cozy spot. Meal type Breakfast
