À propos
Enjoy Mardi Gras Museum and come to this fast food. Many guests come here to try perfectly cooked chicken salads, blt and rich gumbo. Offering tasty biscuits, brownies and cheesecakes is the hallmark of Snacks. After a long working week, you can taste good tea. The atmosphere of hospitality of this place highly depends on the staff, that is accommodating here. Fine service is something that people highlight in their reviews. Most reviewers have noticed that prices are fair for what you receive. But this spot hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

School lunch quality at 5 star hotel prices. (TBH my school lunches weren’t this bad) We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks for a whopping 60 bucks which included a $10 tip. The burger was an over cooked soybean patty or some other mystery meat. The mystery meat was so dry, it could have been used as a weapon. Presentation was great as it was situated between a pretty brioche bun. But do know no amount of ketchup and mayo will make that thing easy to swallow. You’re better off trying to swallow the $16 that the burger costs. There’s no excuse to serve a barely edible cheeseburger in a hotel like this let alone charge $16 bucks for it. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
They used to have the best chicken noodle soup, but now it’s awful. Even diners around us were commenting on how bad it is now. They use big fat chewy noodles that are gross, but hey they take up a lot of room. Also, they continue to prep food using latex gloves which is a nightmare for folks w latex allergies. I’ve found no where else that prepares food w latex gloves. It took Covid to get the hotel to finally use individually packaged silverware. Will a latex anaphylactic reaction get them to move away from latex gloves? High class hotel w low class practices. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
Pizza was the worst we've ever had!! Gave my husband the worst tummy ache, will never eat here again. If you think you're saving money eating here, you'll be mistaken. Prices has gone to the roof, but quality of food doesn't match the prices they charged!! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
Small amount of offerings. Long line during peak hours. Doesn't open until 11am. I liked the coney dog. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I went for a late night snack. I chose to get the food long hot dog. The chili was so good that I came back and got an order. The people were friendly and efficient. It was a great experience. Also, the line was long and it moved very swiftly.
$16 dollars for a burger was overpriced it didn't even come with fries or chips
Pizza is great. Cupcakes are mouth watering. Peanut butter and lemon blueberry. Look how big this footling dog is!!!!!!!
The experience was excellent. The Club and the Roast Beef & provolone sandwiches were OUTSTANDING!! Words can't do them justice! However on the contrary our sides of pasta salad and coleslaw were the complete opposite. The taste was so far off that after two bites each we threw them away. But everything else was great so we had no complaints. Until we got home and tried our desserts. The brownie was so under cooked I don't know how the batter even kept it's shape. The chocolate chip cookie was okay. Overall sandwiches and service were awesome. The sides absolutely need to be revised.
Total ripoff. They claim they moved some of the Terrace Cafe menu here but they are intentionally lieing to customers to steal from them during the reconstruction up front. BR Burger which I had at Terrace Cafe multiple times is NOT the same at Snacks place. THEY CHARGE $16 FOR A BASIC CHEESEBURHER ONLY WITH NO FRIES NOR CHIPS. No onions & no pickles...judt an undercooked burger with cheese and shredded lettuce $16 ???? Are they out of their mind pulling a dishonest stunt like that?? That's not what they served at Terrace Cafe so they are doing a bait & switch on customers intentionally. $16 ??? That's absolutely crazy. The Manager shrugged her shoulder and said sorry when I told her this was wrong. Well saying sorry as you steal from people doesn't make it right. These are sick dishonest people.
Extremely slow service. Had the French dip which was extremely salty and tasted like cheap lunch meat. Girls at counter were rude when asked for ketchup. Way over priced Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
