I asked for extra peanut butter on a PB Swizzle and got no peanut butter. The employee who helped me was Chelsea and she gave bad service, didn’t acknowledge me at all when I was very polite. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The slowest Smoothie King, I’ve ever experienced in my life! I sat in line for 30 minutes with two cars in front of me, and then pull up to the window in my order has not even been started, but it looked like the car behind me had their order ready and waiting. The staff was very friendly, but the speed was awful.

While smoothie king chain is good, this store is horrible if your looking for convenience. EVERY time i have ordered through the app 20 min away, i arrive to the store and my 1 smoothie is NEVER ready. The workers are rude dont speak and i still have to wait 15 min for a order submitted through the app. Whats worse is you cant even get a refund through the app. The process is horrible. I wont order from this store ever again. This was my 7th order with same results.

The smoothies were great lol but they had no air-conditioning. It felt like it we were outside and we had to wait 30 minutes to order two small smoothies and a guy that came after us got his smoothie before us.

I give a 0 on Aug 1 I stayed in line for almost 20 minutes I came to support the açaí bowl that a lot of people been talking about , the employees there are very rude I had to call for Someone to come to the window to look at the açaí bowl that the other employee gave me not mind u I had not move out the driveway I get the bowl and it’s watery like soup I never got my other one either they said oh u had another I say yes but is this how this suppose to look the young lady look at it and said what did y’all do to her stuff at this pointe I didn’t want neither I paid 24.00 with my debit card it’s seems they were playing around in the store this happen around 415 my receipt was rung at 444 when I got to the window I wanted a refund she tell me I can only give you a gift of 24.00 ummm ma’am I didn’t pay with a gift card I never left and this is not what I ordered and what is advertised she was very rude she gets on her personal phone to call someone I want my money not a gift card time is hard especially when u didn’t get what I paid for I could put a picture up to show you how my order look horrible

They said the lobby closed at 10 o’clock. It was 9:40pm. This is the location on Highway 49 across from Chick-fil-A in Gulfport Mississippi right next to Best Buy.

I am not sure what going on at this location. But I am a religious order on line and well in advance. Order always another 15 minutes and not prepared at least to the mixing process. 🙃 I take them don't like to complain. Because it alway know everyone will have a bad day. 👎🏿 here has been this way four now four years. 😳 I don't live in this area just travel through. Just FYI on line order was stacked up in the printer. Team member just talking about the system or ordering system.

I got to admit I came in I overheat it and was just wondering if one of your smoothies might help out and make a difference and you know what it did that daily warrior is good it brought me back to life
