Smokin’ Bros was a delightful find in Eaton, CO. The pulled pork and brisket are some of the best I’ve had. The fried okra and onion rings are also wonderful. The mac and cheese wasn’t my favorite — too soupy for my liking. But overall, everything was really great and I would definitely come back when I’m in the area. Finally eaton has a BBQ spot! This is a family owned, local restaurant that started as a food truck. I’m so happy they opened, as their food is amazing, they have a great bar and some fun mixed cocktails. A nice fire place to sit by and all around great atmosphere. Coming from the south I thought I would never find a good barbecue place but I don't need to look any further. With their unique sauces, fresh food everyday,and exceptional hospitality. Ribs are the best I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time, also recommend the Hatch Green Chili sausage. The potato salad was good but not great and the okra was also good. Fresh iced tea would be a nice upgrade. Definitely happy to finally have an awesome bbq joint in northern Colorado! Amazing food! True PitMasters!!! I have had the Brisket, Turkey, Mac and Cheese, Fried Okra and Onion Rings! Every morsel is absolutely delicious! First time visiting the restaurant, but I've been a loyal food truck customer over the years. The fried okra was delicious. I had the brisket smokehouse fries. The cheesy sauce on the fries was so good. The brisket was perfect. No knives needed, and I tried all the sauces but the fire and fury. The show me sauce was my favorite. It was sweet enough with just the right kick in there. I'll definitely be coming back. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

EDIT: I received a message from the owner and they were super kind and want to make it right for us. Excited to give them another try!🫶🏻 I want to give it a 5 star because the food was good😭 But I paid for 1lb of pulled pork and I’m not joking over half was just fat/skin. Some fat is totally understandable, but this was literally all fat. We were able to make 2 little sandwiches out of it, I was super disappointed. The meat we did get was good, but it was such a waste of money. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing smoked meats, homemade sauces, and delicious sides! Visiting from Missouri and feel like I’m back home! Such a friendly environment! I got the 2 meat platter (brisket and turkey) with 2 sides (potato salad and cheesy corn). I was so eager to taste it and took picture evidence later!
