The sandwiches are legit. We got two different versions of an Italian and both were excellent. Way better than any corporate sandwich. Service is hit or miss. Their food is always great, and they're open late! Customer service has sometimes been so-so though. They could be more attentive to their customers at times, and they spend a lot of time talking with co-workers. Still, will keep coming back, as they are the only place open till 3 a.m., for dine in, and delivery! Thank you! Advertised as open late but cancels all orders that are 40-30min before their advertised before close time, I’ve also had them just randomly cancel my food during the day which is unfortunate. Stopped in with Friends 30 mins before they closed to get sandwiches to go. Employees were in their car and sitting outside the restaurant. Had very horrible attitude , and tried to get us to go else where. Nothing was opened that late and this was closer to the house. I don't recommend this place at all. Every other time I get a sandwich from this location I get sick. I'm just guessing but they probably leave certain foods out for hours at room temperature and it's spoiling. Beware that if you go to this sub shop late at night it's at your own risk.
