I am very disappointed- it was my birthday today, 8Feb. My husband treated me to lunch( as we only see each other 2 months a year) we rarely go somewhere due to having 3 kids needing attention aswell We waited 45 minutes for nachos, had to take our steak take away because it took too long, got home from our kids activities, eventually ate at 9pm, after attempting to eat at spur at 12pm. What do we get when we opened our take aways? Prawn on steak! We ordered sirloin medium rare, got PRAWN SIRLOIN WELL DONE. My husband is allergic to shellfish, so he didn't have anything to eat! Coke was flat, they offered me a can of coke, so our bill was R600! Which would've been okay, we planned it to be that, but the food was really bad, waited so long for food and my poor husband didn't and couldn't eat! Well done Spur Matlosan Mall! You took an experienced I wanted to treasure and turned it into a disaster! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

My family and I went in to go celebrate my daughters birthday. The atmosphere was amazing and the play are was always supervised which made the visit more enjoyable as we didn't stress much about the kids. There was minor problems which did arise but the manager did reach out and tried to solve them which I highly appreciate as it shows that they do care about their customers and service delivery.
