I like to rest ASAP here from Yangon to Mawlamyine trip. Healthy foods are with reasonable price. Enough parking place and clean toilets.

Clean and decent fast fare. Good toilets. Nice place to stop after or before the Nyaung Khar Shay Check point.

Glutinuous rice dumpling was so good Love the way they arranged free chinese tea station and bigger cup. Their Mote hinn khar was no so special. Nan gyi thoat was great! Car parking is easy. But careful if you buy puffs. I bought 4 duck meat puffs and found that one of them was rotten insid. Then I choose not to eat the rest.

A good place to take a rest on the way from Yangon to Mawlamying. You can get varieties of foods and drinks. It's clean and spacious. Fair price. Tasty.

One of the popular tea shop franchise from Yangon that is now branching to other location/towns those are mainly on high ways. Foods and drinks qualities varies from average to good. Two things that stand out from others is cleanliness and large rest rooms to accomodate a crowd. Prices are range from average to a bit expensive.
