This is a traditional local restaurant with the freshest ingredients mostly from the farmers nearby or by the owners farm. Yes, that is what makes this restaurant stands out among others. It is a thirty one year old restaurant still operated by its first generation owner. Food is transitional Chinese food with some amazing touch and freshness. Located on the old highway from Taichung to the famous Sun Moon Lake. All kinds of chicken dishes that guarantee will fill you up. Remember to order a pot of the best chicken soup in town. The best part about this restaurant that I give it a five star is its CP ratio is so high when you try to pay the bill. It is a great place to have a nice weekend meal with your family travel back from the lake before you heading back home. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

用餐日期：112年8月20日用餐紀錄：有親朋好友來家拜訪時，都會想到來此用餐，這次是晚上來，不知店家是否有開，先打電話預訂，才知道全年無休喔！食客可以請店家稍作介紹，我們常來，五個人的餐點如下： 1、先上桌的是招待小菜醃製竹筍丁，剛開始看以為是醃蘿蔔乾，吃了竹筍丁很下飯，一直說好吃，老闆娘很大方又給我們來一盤。（吃快完了才想到要拍照。😅） 2、來土雞城一定要吃一雞兩吃的白斬雞（超新鮮）跟雞湯（之前吃過鳳梨苦瓜雞湯跟九尾雞湯很多次，這次老闆娘推薦荔枝紅棗雞湯，很鮮甜可口，連我不敢吃荔枝的，都覺得湯好順口喔，喝好幾碗！😗）這裡的雞都是養在後院的放山雞喔！算大隻的雞，五個人吃竟然雞肉沒吃完還打包回家。 3、炸鳳梨蝦球，蝦仁很大隻酥脆好吃。 4、金沙南瓜，炸酥酥的鹹蛋南瓜，鹹甜味剛好，一口接一口吃完了。 5、炒檳榔花，第一次點，吃起來像竹筍，脆脆的，不錯喔！ 6、竹筍沙拉是夏天比較常點的餐，爽口。 7、炒麵真好吃，大火快炒的味道有出來。 8、吃到一半，老闆娘招待涼拌龍鬚菜？蕨類？是蒜香拌的喔！超讚的。 9、芭樂百香果汁，芭樂味比較多，百香果只是點綴，清爽不會太甜喔。吃不完打包時，老闆娘又送了一盤醃竹筍丁，總共花了2700元，今天請客真的很有面子。🫰 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes 白斬雞
