Very bad service. Shelves are only packed 2 hours after the opening of the shop. Was told to wait for an entire hour just for bread to be packed after arriving in the store 1h after the opening of the store. If this was a first for me I wouldn't be complaining but this seems to be casual for them as I have experienced this numerous times. Sorting of products on shelves should be done before doors open up for customers. Customers can't be expected to wait hours for a basic necessity like bread.

Some Shoprite employees have a tendency of abusing the previlege they have as employees to just pay at the till without standing on a ques,they use it to help friends and neighbours to skip ques. It's also annoying how there are only few tills working when there are too many people in the shop.

Not so clean, sometimes you need to check expiry dates on products to make sure that you don't buy something that expires tomorrow.

Bad...very bad indeed today's service queued us from morning 7Am and they've open later on 11Am the computer network is not working properly...poor network and service

I recently bought fried snoek and shoprite brand creamer... Creamer was waist of my money.. Very poor quality and the snoek inside the batter was still raw...
